the Dictator

In his bid to assume command of Cobra, the so-called Overlord had his supporters in that organization craft him a suitable chariot for battle. This unique Cobra vehicle allows him to lord over the masses, or at the very least, those Cobras who relish in his message.

Navy blue in coloration, this half-track vehicle has three modes. It can drive in its basic configuration, elevate the driver to gain the high ground in combat, or even detach the driver's pod so he or she can fly away unscathed. Its vehicular characteristics are as follows:

.40 Calibre Machine Guns (a): these twin cannons are situated in front of the Dictator's driver, usable in any vehicular mode. Each of these firearms can inflict one's Agility +6 in damage when fired momentarily, or their Agility +7 in damage when fired continuously.

They can generally only be aimed at whatever is in front of the Dictator, but may be elevated up to ninety degrees each. Furthermore, while not twinned, they can be trained on the same foe, which increases the damage they inflict in either firing mode by +1.

Body Armor (s): while he or she is partially exposed, the Dictator's driver benefits from the driver pod's silicone-coated, blast-proof body. This provides them intensity 12, or +3, body armor, despite being subject to called shots when the enemy attempts them.

Cobra-band Radio (i): Cobra gear uses a communication system of its own, not beholden to conventional broadcast standards. The Dictator in particular has a transceiver which operates with intensity 5 range (25 miles), and also benefits from intensity 9 signal encryption.

Jet Pod (i): in a pinch, the driver pod of the Dictator can detach from the rest of the vehicle, forming a small VTOL craft! This secondary vehicle can Levitate in place or Fly at up to intensity 5 speeds, and possesses the Dictator's .40 cal Machine Guns.

Propulsion (a): in its base mode, where its front tread and rear wheels are separated, the Dictator can move with up to intensity 2 speeds, or 60 miles per hour. When it transforms, it can raise this to intensity 3 speed, or 90 miles per hour.

Shape Change (a): the Dictator is highly versatile, in that it can transform to grant its driver the high ground. When compacting and raising its driver pod up several feet, gains an increase to its propulsion in exchange for the loss of its off-road capabilities.

Surface-to-Surface Missiles (i): mounted on the rear of the Dictator, its driver has two of these projectiles available for use in battle. They inflict intensity 10 fragmentary, damage each, though they may inflict +1 damage when both hit a target simultaneously.
