Though her paranormality seems hereditary, Angela's specific power is definitely unique to her. Known Powers: Reanimation: an ability completely different from those of her father, Angela can reanimate dead beings with Amazing (50) ability. The effects of this power only work while Angela actively concentrates on dead bodies, however, preventing her from creating undead beings. Furthermore, she's made good friends with various members of the National Security Council, assuming it's still extant, in particular its paranormal operative known as Kleenex (TM), whom she is dating. No, Angela simply wears ordinary clothing when she's going about her business, whether it's her personal life or her occasional work for the National Security Council. She definitely inherited her father's stubborn streak and incredibly black sense of humor, though, which shines through whenever she finds herself stressed by others. Things started to go sideways, however, after her mother was mistakenly killed by drug dealers trying to assassinate her father, a DEA operative. After that, Angela's father, John, grew increasingly distant as he mourned. Watching her father withdraw into his work as he slowly fell apart, Angela completely lost him when he disappeared during an undercover operation. Trying to get on with her life after this loss, she continuedd her time at Temple University, at least for a little while. After over a year, the trust fund John set up for her was starting to run low, and Angela was failing to secure financial aid from Temple. As she considered her options, since her job at a local book store didn't nearly pay enough, Angela ran afoul of the Millenias cult. Mugged by two of the cult's members, Angela passed out after they cut her face with a knife. Luckily for Anglea, her father chose that day to return to her life, and he rescued her from her assailants while she was unconscious. Next thing she knew, Angela woke up in a hospital. Though the staff didn't know who dropped her off, they provided a description of the man, and it sounded just like her father. The same thing happened the very next day, when Angela was told that a mysterious man had paid her tuition up several years in advance. Angela's next brush with the bizarre occurred during the Pitt-Aid concert, held a short time after the city of Pittsburgh was annihilated. Thinking she saw her father in the throng, Angela ran to meet him, only to discover the man was instead the paranormal known as Seraph. Though he left her to her own devices, Angela was later accosted by Jimmy the Geek, another paranormal who wouldn't take no for an answer when he hit on her. When matters came to a head, Angela's father, who was keeping tabs on her, finally revealed himself and intervened. When he did, John Tensen, now calling himself Justice, irked the ire of that Seraph character, and the two began to fight. This led the crowd to stampede away in a panic, forcing Justice to use his protective powers to defend Angela from the mob fleeing the paranormal battle. When Justice was apprehended by the Philadelphia police as a result of this, Angela stood by him even as he broke out in the midst of a drug-induced hallucination. With the help of the National Security Council's Terrance Updike and his underlings, she snapped him out of his haze. Recovering Justice, Updike returned to the NSC's headquartersin Washington DC, where they allowed the paranormal vigilante to recover from his ordeal. Refusing to leave his side, Angela stayed on the premises, slowly growing acquainted with the NSC's paranormal annex. In particular, Angela began spending time with Victor Pasko, a paranormal whose special ability was serving as a paranormal detector - primarily because he was allergic to them. This earned him the nickname of Kleenex (TM), though he wasn't overly fond of of it, really. The two even liked each other enough to go out on a date, to the Smithsonian. Just when Angela's life was starting to seem normal again, two powerful paranormals, the Russian Rodstvow and the home-grown Psi-Hawk, smashed through the Smithsonian's roof during a pitched battle. Saving Angela from a chunk of falling plane, Kleenex (TM) was himself flattened by it, and wound up in the hospital for some time. On her way to one such visit, Angela fished a newspaper out of a nearby waste bin, and found someone had tossed what she thought was a still-living kitten. Picking it up, it immediately sprung to life, albeit sluggishly, so she immediately adopted the creature she named Figaro. Moving on to the hospital, however, Angela was abducted from Kleenex's (TM) room by Elliot Quill, during his second attempt to assassinate her father, Justice. Though Quill creeped on her considerably while holding her hostage, at one point even forcing her to dress for him, Angela managed to escape when a security guard checking on Quill's room gave her an opening. It cost him his life, but he still attacked Quill afterwards. Fleeing Quill's hotel room, Angela ultimately wound up in a nearby cemetery, the one that housed the remains of Justice's fellow NSC paranormal, Creeping Crud. He was buried there after Quill's first botched assassination attempt, when he accidentally killed the Crud instead of Justice. As Quill stalked her, the corpse of the Creeping Crud dug itself out of its grave, menacing him. Other corpses soon followed, leading Quill to deduce that Angela was a paranormal as well, something she had only recently determined... even if she didn't know what her parability was. Subconsciously directing all the corpses nearby to murder Quill, Angela went into catatonic shock immediately afterwards, leaving them heaped over his body and the car he had stolen. She was taken to the hospital as well, remaining comatose for quite some time after her ordeal. Coming to shortly after her father left for Russia in pursuit of Rodstvow, Angela was sort of adopted by the NSC, who began giving her a considerable amount of personal defense training. Angela continued this until Justice returned from Russia, having accomplished his mission. After they were reunited, Angela followed Justice to Coney Island as he investigated the disappearance of Playback, Shudderbug, and Agent Chauncey. There the duo ran afoul of the Forsaken, underground paranormals led by the unhinged Judge Mental and his enforcer, Seraph. Finding their headquarters after Angela communed with the corpse of Captain Brooklyn, the two Tensens did battle with Judge Mental, Seraph, and several of the Forsaken - including Jimmy the Geek, who Angela had been groped by back in Philadelphia during the Pitt-Aid concert. The result of this fracas saw Seraph and Judge Mental seemingly slain, though the latter's body disappeared despite numerous gunshot wounds. Staying on to help these paranormals after their leaders' demise, Justice decided to make it a proper community, and not a strongman's army. With Coney Island becoming something of a refuge for paranormals, since ordinary folk avoided it like the plague thanks to the ash from Mount Pitt, Angela decided to stay as well. She even invited Kleenex (TM) to stay on Coney Island with her, which he happily agreed to. What Angela got up to after this has yet to be revealed, but presumably she and Kleenex (TM) had their happily ever after at long last.
