the Remote Piloted Vehicle

The Remote Piloted Vehicle, or RPV, is itself a launcher for an aerial drone. It can launch and control said drone from a safe distance, allowing its operator to easily surveil enemy territory without putting themselves or other personnel at risk. The RPV has these characteristics:

Aerial Drone: what the RPV is named for, this unmanned aerial vehicle can be piloted from the RPV itself, allowing them to see what the drone sees, and to relay that information to his teammates in the field. The aerial drone itself has these vehicular statistics:

Communications Array: the RPV (and its drone) is equipped with a gigahertz frequency, frequency wobbler clandestine operations radio system. This makes for rank value 20 communications power (with a 100 mile range) that features rank value 30 signal encryption.
