A small, one-person vehicle, the Hovercraft features two guns, three ducted fans, and four missiles. Held aloft on any surface via its primary ducted fan, it uses two additional fans to propel it forward. The Hovercraft, while incredibly small, posseses these characteristics:

Cobra-Band Radio: Cobra gear uses a communication system of its own, not beholden to conventional broadcast standards. The Hovercraft is no exception, having comm gear with a Typical (6) range (25 miles), which benefits from Excellent (20) ranked signal encryption.
Crusher Cannons: pointed wherever its pilot is aiming the Hovercraft, these twinned 50mm cannons can fire a short burst of ammunition to inflict Remarkable (30) Shooting damage, or be fired continuously to inflict Incredible (40) Shooting damage.
Sailfish Torpedoes: the Hovercraft carries four of these waterborne projectiles, two of which are mounted on each side, flanking its pilot. These high-powered projectiles inflict +1 CS damage for each doubling of such that hit, and have these capabilities:
