the Road Rebel

The Road Rebel is a small, tracked vehicle that exists solely to transport a massive missile launcher into combat. When it's ready to fire, this green and brown camouflaged vehicle can extend firing bracers and light up anything within its line-of-sight.

The Road Rebel has these vehicular characteristics:

Body Armor (s): the design of the Road Rebel makes it rather durable. It's possessed of an effective m.s. of 10, and provides its occupant a total of like, or +2, protection from attack. Anyone hanging onto the rear of the vehicle does not benefit from this defense.

Communications Array (i): the Road Rebel is equipped with a gigahertz frequency, frequency wobbler clandestine operations radio system. This provides intensity 5 radio transception (a 25 mile range), that features intensity 10 signal encryption.

Flamethrower (a): mounted on either side of the Road Rebel (but with just one per vehicle) is its flame projector. This device can fire a jet of burning material which will inflict intensity 12 energy damage when striking one person, -4 if coating everythig within near missile distance!

Missile Launcher (i): by far its main feature, this implement occupies half of the Road Rebel's volume. It can fire up to four missiles at a time, in an almost semi-automatic fashion, each additional missile that hits increasing its base damage of 11 by +1.

Passenger: though the Road Rebel only fits one Joe, another can hang onto the rear to operate the vehicle's missile launcher (if the driver cannot). This is accomplished thanks to a fold-down rear panel that creates a platform for them to hang on to and fire the weapon.

Propulsion (a): for such a small vehicle, which has to haul about something so heavy, the Road Rebel is surprisingly spry. It can achieve intensity 2 speeds (45 MPH) on most terrain, though particularly rocky ground will reduce this by one third.
