the Cycle Armor

The first of its kind for the GI Joe team, much less the military overall, the Cycle Armor is an unassuming, gunmetal gray and chrome motorcycle - at least, until it transforms into a suit of armor for its driver! Expanding on that some, the Cycle Armor can be described as follows:

Body Armor (s): accounting for its high m.s. of 14, the Cycle Armor is literally made out of a suit of powered combat armor. When wrapped around its driver, the Cycle Armor provides them intensity 12, or +3, protection from conventional attacks.

Communications Suite (i): the Cycle Armor is equipped with a radio transceiver system, allowing the driver to send battlefield data to a central command, and then receive new orders in turn. This functions at intensity 5, and has a maximum range of about 25 miles.

Halogen Headlamps (i): the Cycle Armor features two exceptionally powerful halogen light bulbs, allowing it to illuminate everything in front of it within near missile distance with intensity 9 light. This isn't a blinding attack, per se, unless somebody's looking right into it, of course.

Micro-Missiles (i): mounted near the front wheel on each side of this device's motorcycle mode, and on its gauntlets while in its combat armor configuration, the Cycle Armor's driver can wield these weapons no matter its current form, weapons which inflict intensity 9 damage each.

Propulsion (a): while the Cycle Armor doesn't enhance its operator's abilities any, it isn't nearly as fast as it is in motorcycle mode. When transformed such, the Cycle Armor has this ability at intensity 6, allowing it a maximum speed of 240 MPH!

Shape Change (a): when its driver feels it necessary, they may activate a potent transformation within the Cycle Armor. In mere moments, it will transform into a suit of powered combat armor, whose built-in weaponry similarly transforms them into an offensive juggernaut!
