Origin:
As are her fellow GI Joe operatives, Stiletto has no special powers to speak of, but she can hardly be considered 'normal' by any definition of the term. She's an expert combatant and enjoys her work, whether she's currently fighting for the angels or for the bad guys.
Powers:
(none)
Hindrances / Augmentations:
Lame Left Eye: it is unknown when or how Stiletto lost the use of her left eye, but this now-useless organ gives her an increased difficulty on perception-based card play dependent on her vision, a penalty which is doubled where peripheral vision is concerned.
Equipment:
Knives (s): Stiletto always has at least two knvies on her person at all times, because she has trust issues. Hers are made from m.s. 13 materials, and can either be used to cut through items of up to like m.s., given the time, or to inflict +2 slashing damage in melee.
Sidearm (a): in addition to her submachine guns, Stiletto carries at least one backup piece. She can either discharge one round from this deadly weapon to inflict her Agility +4 in damage, or a three-round burst from it to inflict her Agility +5 in damage.
Submachine Guns (a): Stiletto's mission loadout includes two assault rifles, which can discharge one round to inflict her Agility +4 in damage, a short burst of such to inflict her Agility +5 in damage, or be fired continuously to inflict her Agility +6 in damage.
Swords (s): an expert in edged implements, Stiletto carries two ornate blades as her primary weapons. Made from m.s. 14 materials, these blades can either be used to inflict her Strength +4 in slashing damage, or to cut through items of up to like m.s.
Skills:
Boxing (s): while she prefers fighting with blades, Stiletto can nonetheless defend herself without weaponry. She can divide her pre-card play action score between two unarmed melee strikes, the second of which she may attempt as a contingent action.
Crime (i): having worked as a Cobra operative for several years before switching sides, Stiletto has several unconventional capabilities at her disposal. Whether picking locks, posing as others, or simply trying to remain inconspicuous, Stiletto does so at a reduced difficulty.
Guns (a): a talent she learned through Cobra, which the Army subsequently reinforced, this skill represents Stiletto's ability to wield conventional firearms. Whether it's a standard, semi-automatic, or fully automatic rifle or pistol, Stiletto can use it at a reduced difficulty.
Military / United States and Cobra (w): Stiletto has done her time as a Cobra operative as well as a member of the US Military. To say she knows all about the military mindset and functioning in a martial environment would be something of an understatement.
Sharp Weapons (s): while she specializes in her knives, Stiletto is well-versed in the use of most edged weaponry. Her extensive and lethal hand-to-hand training allows Stiletto to wield most weapons with a blade without penalty, if not an actual bonus.
Skill / Knives (s): while she carries all kinds of sharp objects on her, Stiletto's preferred implements of death dealing are knives. Thanks to extensive training with them beyond other sharp weapons allows her a two-step difficulty reduction while wielding them.
Two Knives (s): the only thing better than brandishing one knife at your opponent is brandishing two knives at your opponent! She may divide her pre-card play action score between two knife attacks, the second of which she may attempt as a contingent action.
Contacts:
Stiletto is a member of the GI Joe team, and while she makes them uneasy, can likely consider them a reliable contact. She can also consider her fellow defectors in GI Joe contacts as well, especially Mercer, and may have a few remaining Cobras at her beck and call, as well.
Calling:
Soldier: while this may seem an odd calling for an ex-Cobra agent, Stiletto fights for her own reasons. She's happy to take orders and be pointed at whoever needs a stabbing, no matter who's actually giving the orders, and no matter why they want said persons stabbed.
Costume:
Stiletto's GI Joe field uniform is comprised of a black stretch fabric T-shirt beneath a black and burgundy leather bodice, green trousers, black leather boots and gloves, black knee pads, burgundy sword holsters, leather knife holsters, and a blue neckerchief.
Personality:
While it is unknown precisely what eggs Stiletto on, the truth is that she's a relentless fighter. She knows what she's good at, and enjoys engaging in combat at every opportunity, no matter who's calling the shots. With Stiletto, loyalty applies to friends, not organizations.
Real Name: Paithoon Kwaingo, Grade E-5
Occupation: covert operations, security operative
Legal Status: citizen of Thailand wanted for
Marital Status: unrevealed
Alias(es), if any: none
Group Affiliation: GI Joe, Cobra (formerly)
Height: 5' 6"

Weight: 105 lbs
Other Distinguishing Characteristics: Stiletto has a large scar running up the left side of her face and along the top of her scalp. This scar crosses her now-milky white left eye, and has caused the hair where it grew back after being injured to come in white as well.
Story:
Stiletto is a former Cobra operative, one who left Cobra alongside her friend Mercer. Most of her background before this point is highly enigmatic, and Stiletto not doesn't volunteer related information, but she isn't all that forthcoming when asked about it, either.
She didn't initially join the Joe team alongside Mercer, but served for a time as his personal bodyguard. Since she was around so much, though, the powers that be decided that it was eaiser to just let Stiletto go on missions alongside the ally she was inseperable from anyway.
Not that such a decision was made lightly, since Stiletto was a former Cobra operative. But since she insisted on loitering around the joint, causing trouble if not given anything to do, the powers that be decided to make lemonade out of the situation, and brought her into the fold.
Being official, more or less, Stiletto often joins missions that Mercer is assigned to, but does work with other Joes as well. Even if they find her dead stare, former affiliation, and predilection for perforating others unsettling, Stiletto is fine working with her new 'friends'.
