Origin:

Leon Crisp is not a paranormal, and in fact lacks special powers of any variety. He only carries a semi-automatic firearm and a long blade with which to do his dark deeds, more than enough equipment to inflict his unique brand of evil upon the good people of the world.

Powers:

(none)

Hindrances / Augmentations:

(none)

Equipment:

Firearm (a): the primary enabler of his particular murder style, Leon usually carries a fresh firearm with him on every kill. He can discharge one round from this weapon to inflict his Agility +4 in damage, or a semi-automatic burst of such for an additional +1 in damage.

Knife (s): brought along to finish off his victims after he's slowed them down with gunfire, Leon's blade is often used to carve up his dying yet not quite dead victims in a truly brutal fashion. He can use these blades to inflict his Strength +2 in slashing damage.

Skills:

None known. Leon may either be independently wealthy, perhaps having inherited his fortune, or may instead have some sort of high-paying white collar job, giving him the Business / Finance skill. How he affords his luxurious apartment and far-ranging travels is unrevealed, though.

Contacts:

Something of a loner, Leon hasn't really been seen in close contact with others. Sure, there's his gun dealer, Boo-Boo, but other than that Leon seemingly stands alone. Perhaps the source of his wealth could serve as a reliable contact, but said source is as of yet unknown.

Calling:

Demolisher: destroying anything purporting to be good in this world of horrors he occupies, Leon almost sees it as his mission in life to demonstrate to everyone how awful everyone and everything really is. Nothing else matters to Leon whatsoever.

Costume:

Since he tries to keep a low profile, Leon doesn't wear a specific costume while stalking his victims. During his last excursion, however, he did wear a demonic green mask while in the process of dispatching them, so it's possible that's something he likes to do while killing.

Personality:

Leon seems to possess many common characteristics of serial killers. Some issue with his mother ultimately turned him towards a pathological hatred of good people, and he is constantly depressed save for the moments immediately after he's murdered one of them.

Story:

Leon Crisp was a sick and twisted man, broken from an early age thanks to some problem with his mother. Was she the problem, or was Leon? It's hard to tell, as he wasn't too clear on the subject, but either way this conflict drove him to see the world as an inherently horrid place.

Thinking everyone and everything within were truly monstrous, Leon dwelled on those who publicly tried to make it better. Your good samaritans, your hometown heroes, that sort of thing. Knowing in his heart how the world really was, Leon found these people truly galling.

Compelled to prove the error of these peoples' way, Leon would hunt them down after the media invariably shone a light on their goody-goody antics, and would brutally murder them. Each kill saw him using a fresh gun and blade to first shoot, then carve up his foolish victims.

Either wealthy or possessing a job that allowed frequent travel, Leon crossed the nation in his bid to prove the folly of these good peoples' actions. And he kept a record of his activities, a trophy book featuring news articles about their deeds... and inevitable deaths.

Gliding under the radar of the authorities for some time, Leon racked up quite a body count across the nation. Several steps ahead of the police, no one even knew they were dealing with a serial killer. No one, that is, until Leon drew the notice of another mass murderer.

While purchasing a fresh weapon from Boo-Boo, his gun dealer, Leon drew the attention of Justice, who was himself looking for meaning in life. Mourning the apparent death of his love, Justice sought clarity about the world, and found himself drawn to Leon's pitch-black aura.

Breaking into Leon's home while he slept that night, Justice poked around in his Manhattan apartment, and even found his trophy book. Having been injured by the police when they recently arrested him, however, Justice blacked out in Leon's home, though he managed to escape.

When Justice proved unable to bring Leon to justice, he inadvertently allowed the madman to hunt and kill his latest victim. Standing over the body of Thomas E Wyman, Leon bragged that no one came to save him, that rescuing a woman on the subway was a pointless endeavor.

Though elated after his latest kill, Leon's mood quickly darkened, and he failed to see the figure of Justice looming in the New York winter. While he was incapable of dealing with Leon earlier, and his special abilities were proving unreliable, Justice would not be deterred.

Having secured a firearm from Boo-Boo, replacing his failing sword arm that night, Justice called Leon out... before emptying the magazine of his weapon into him. Watching Leon die in the snow, Justice lamented how brutal such weapons were, and abandoned it at the scene of the crime.
