Unlike many of the Medusa Web's field operatives, Dustoff is naught but a normal human, lacking paranormal powers entirely. While he has no special combat parabilities, or an arsenal like Potiphar has, Dustoff is a top-notch pilot capable of dealing with most high-risk operations.
Limitations / Enhancements:
Colt M1911A1 Pistol: though he usually doesn't have to defend himself, as he often has several Medusa Web ops with him on a given mission, Dustoff carries this piece just in case. It inflicts rank value 6 Piercing damage when firing a single shot, or +1 RS in a semi-auto burst.
Helicopter: Dustoff's regular ride while on the job, this aircraft is sort of a cross between a troop transport vehicle and a mobile base of operations for Babel. This black helicopter is unarmed in and of itself, and possesses these vehicular characteristics and features:
* Body Armor: this ride has been designed with hostile landings in mind. It has thick armor plating situated across the craft, plating that provides the vehicle the Protection rating listed above - rank value 10 - which adds to the defense of anybody within the helicopter if it is attacked.
* Communications Suite: allowing Babel to command a mission in the field, this suite is equipped with a rank value 40 telecommunications array, allowing him to talk to any of his operatives who are functional within 1000 miles when necessary.
* Flight: the primary function of Dustoff's transport helicopter, this capability demonstrates the vehicle's ability to move through the air at the Velocity rating listed above, namely, between 136.36 and 204.55 miles per hour, depending on inclement weather and such.
Helmet: always worn while on the job, this crash helmet helps Dustoff to avoid nasty head injuries that can occur during an irregular landing, or is otherwise put in jeopardy while working for the Medusa Web. It offers his head rank value 10 protection from physical attack.
Knife: in the event that he runs out of ammunition, Dustoff typically carries a blade with him, one he can use to inflict rank value 6 Slashing damage per strike. It is of m.v. 30, and can be used to cut through items of equal or less m.v.
Aerial Combat: while he is indeed a competent pilot of various aircraft, Dustoff's true capabilities as a pilot shine whenever he gets in a dogfight of some sort. When this happens, Dustoff can utilize the weaponry of the aircraft he's currently in at the applicable trait +1 RS.
Guns: whether it be a standard, semi-automatic, or fully automatic rifle or pistol, Dustoff can make use of it with competence. In combat - or if merely on the training course - Dustoff can fire any such weapon as though his Coordination was +1 RS higher than is listed above.
Martial Arts style B: essential military training, this skill represents Dustoff's ability to defend himself should he find himself unarmed. In other words, if without weaponry of any sort, Dustoff can continue to fight as though his Melee trait was +1 RS in value.
Military: since he's a competent pilot with combat experience, Dustoff probably has experience in the military, most likely the American forces. Thus, he knows military protocols like the back of his hand, and has more military contacts than one can shake a stick at.
Piloting: his claim to fame, this talent represents the particular skill that makes Dustoff useful to the Medusa Web. Oh sure, they have plenty of pilots, but he's their best. He can attempt any aerial maneuver as though his Coordination (or the aircraft's Handling) was +1 RS in value.
Repair / Tinkering: Dustoff has demonstrated more than competent electromechanical skills in the past, particularly when his helicopter was knocked out of the sky in his last documented mission. He should make all repair or tinkering based ACT rolls at a +1 RS to his Intellect score.
As a member of the Medusa Web, Dustoff can presumably gain the assistance of his fellows should he need it; after all, he's on relatively good terms with most of the Web's field operatives. However, should it be more convenient for the Web not to help him, he's pretty much on his own.
When he's on the job, Dustoff typically wears a heavy duty pair of pants, a long-sleeved shirt, a leather flight jacket (normally brown), gloves, glossy black boots, a brown leather belt, his mirrored sunglasses, and of course, his white flight helmet that has 'make war not love' written on it.
Dustoff comes across as a cool, collected individual, rarely - if ever - letting anything rattle him. Of course, considering his occupation, getting unnerved typically means he's dead, so he projects a high level of confidence no matter what he's feeling. And this keeps him alive.

Little is known about Dustoff's background, though some of it can be inferred simply by looking at his capabilities, behavior, and general style of speech. It seems to have an Air Force background, in that he's a more than competent helicopter pilot, and just as handy in an aerial firefight.
After his time in the service, he began ferrying Medusa Web operatives around. His first documented mission involved him flying a large portion of the team to San Diego, so they could complete a contract on the renegade group of paranormal youths the government called Psi-Force.
Dustoff was a bit more involved in the action on his next documented job, as the Web was called in to rescue the same group from the Siberian Project a year later, and while the Web made good on their escape after Psi-Force was liberated, Dustoff's ride was damaged by a Soviet attack!
Of course, the demonic paranormal calling himself Rodstvow chose that moment to attack the two groups. Having nowhere near the firepower needed to harm him, Dustoff simply did what he does best, and got his machine up and running in time for the paranormals to flee the scene.
After they'd dealt with Rodstvow once and for all, that is. It is assumed that Dustoff has been involved with many, many more missions for the Medusa Web, both before his first documented account and during the War, the final world-wide armed conflict the earth would inflict on itself.
However, details of these missions have yet to be revealed.
