Brick is a normal human. Wait, scratch that. Brick is a bizarre human. A top notch martial artist with a high tolerance for pain and the meandering sensibilities of errant CIA chiefs, Brick has done well in government work despite having been pretty much brainwashed. But, despite all this, he has no ascendant powers to speak of, whether inherent or trained in origin.
Limitations / Enhancements:
Electrical Reflector: while he was being used to 'test' Jenny Swensen for Project: Spitfire's use, Brick was equipped with a device that could deflect the powerful 'kick' of a Taser ™ weapon. As such, if he sees such an attack aimed at his person, Brick can effectively attempt a block maneuver against it, and then turn it back upon his attacker with a yellow Agility FEAT roll.
Martial Arts types A, B, C, D, and E: practically built for combat, Brick has received training in all the known martial arts styles. As such, he can make unarmed melee attacks at +1 CS, adds a +1 to his initiative rolls, make Slams or Stuns regardless of the armor, Strength, or Endurance of his opponents (with two rounds of study), and adds +1 CS to grapple, dodge, escape, and weave maneuvers.
An agent in the employ of Project: Spitfire (for the Central Intelligence Agency), Brick can possibly rely upon that organization for aid should he need it; well, Jenny Swensen might not help him, but everybody else in that group probably would. The same goes for the CIA, as he is a first class head breaker for that espionage organization, though they probably wouldn't bother if it would require too much effort.
When he's at work, Brick doesn't stand on ceremony, much less wear business attire like most of his coworkers. No, Brick dances to the beat of his own twisted drum, and while he's working for the Agency, he wears navy blue boots, a navy blue cap (with an orange band around the bottom), a navy blue sweater with orange racing stripes on it, and orange jeans.
Not too much is known about the bizarre Central Intelligence Agency flunky known as Brick. Sure, he's a first-rate thug, but he doesn't speak when on the job, and is apparently trained to respond to certain whistle sounds that trigger his killing abilities. Perhaps this is just odd government conditioning, but one never knows. He may not be quite as thick as he was first portrayed.

Like most members of Project: Spitfire, the thug known only as Brick has a very mysterious background. So mysterious, in fact, that we haven't actually been told anything about him. A few things can be surmised about the man, however. For one thing, he is a CIA spook, having been trained by them to be a first rate killer with his bare hands.
So trained, in fact, that he moves to the tune of special whistle tones, tones that are used by whoever is running an op he's involved with to push his buttons... literally! He demonstrated this capacity while performing a special job concerning Jenny Swensen, the current master of powerful MAX technology. You see, Brick was used to test her mettle, so to speak.
This was because Edmund Roth, the leader of the newly-formed Project: Spitfire, needed to test Jenny in order to see whether or not she could be coerced into giving up her tech to anybody willing to do anything to get it. As such, he sent in Brick to beat the snot out of her. He threatened her with escalating violence in a series of beatings, but Jenny never gave up her secrets.
After he cleaned her clock twice, Brick was finally defeated by Swensen, who (having recorded them) used the tones meant to stop his fighting to, well, stop him from fighting her. Roth was impressed by her stubbornness and ingenious nature, and as such, chose to let her in on his CIA program meant to stifle the proliferation of MAX technology throughout the globe.
However, Brick's further role in this endeavor is unknown, as he hasn't appeared since this job.
