The Ghost Girl was originally a normal human, a young girl with no super human powers or aptitudes of any variety. For a time she did wield a costume that allowed her to generate a creative illusion of herself being elsewhere, but she no longer has this gear.
Limitations / Enhancements:
Displacement Costume: Wendy has the ability to shunt her electromagnetic presence away from her body by several feet, which has the effect of making folks see her several feet away from her true location.
This applies a -2 RS to the ACT rolls of anyone attempting to attack her, as well as giving Wendy a +1 RS to hit them, in turn - they can't dodge quite right, since she's not where she appears to be when attacking!
Acrobatics: Wendy is a very nimble young woman, being quite agile and quick on the draw. As a result of this, she is allowed to roll up any Dodge, Escape, or Evade, Feint or Weave maneuver as if the applicable trait was +1 RS higher than is listed above.
Martial Arts style B: Wendy is quite adept at taking advantage of her quick nature, and can make short, controlled strikes against any opponent. As such, she receives a +1 RS on her Melee score when attempting unarmed attacks (punches, kicks, etc...).
Tumbling: Wendy's nimble nature also lets her take a fall without hurting herself much. Concerning any non-damaging fall, she can make a Coordination ACT to see if she can land on her feet; this helps to avoid any embarrassment that may come after getting thrown around.
The Ghost Girl was a member of the Crusaders, and as such she can rely upon those would-be heroes for assistance should she but ask - they got on pretty well despite the fraudulent nature of the team that they participated in making.
Wendy wears a costume that reflects her name... and most light. It consists of a silver vest with a white starburst on the front, silver skin-tight trousers, silver boots, long silver gloves, and a silver mask with a blue starburst on the top. And possibly a silvery white wig.
Wendy comes across as a spunky young girl, who only wants to do right by her country. She's willing to risk life and limb for the safety of her fellow countrymen, but she's also somewhat gullible, as are most of the members of the Crusaders.

Little has been revealed regarding the origins of the Ghost Girl, other than the fact that she was a Scot who wanted to help protect her country during World War II, but was unable to serve in the military. This made her easy pickings for a turncoat named Alfie.
This Nazi spy had concocted a bizarre plot to assassinate the King of England, and needed the use of several heroes with which to distract the Invaders. To this end, he used equipment to give four would-be patriotic heroes super powers, and recruited two others to his cause.
These six compatriots would quickly grow to be known as the Crusaders, and made their public debut whilst the Invaders were out of Britain for a time. Either together or in small groups, they handled all kinds of crises - which the Invaders witnessed.
One of the Crusaders decided he didn't trust Alfie though. Figuring out that Alfie was indeed a Nazi sympathizer, Dyna-Mite was knocked for a loop by the villain, though he managed to warn the Invaders of the fiend's plot... just in the nick of time.
Once those heroes convinced the Crusaders that they were acting as the patsies of a Nazi jerk, they all abandoned the special equipment Alfie used to empower them in the first place. What Wendy will do without her special, light-bending gear is unknown.
