the Cobra Transport Helicopter
While Cobra excels in the rapid development of technology for various purposes, thanks to various shortcuts taken during the design and prototyping process, the primary purpose of such work is to build tools that fit a need which is not filled by extant technology.
On the other hand, when Cobra needs devices which already exist, for the most part, they simply appropriate the gear they need - one way or another. For example, instead of building their own cargo helicopters, Cobra got their hands on numerous Sikorsky S-64 Skycranes.
Naturally, they modified them as follows:

Body Armor: both its crew and any passengers in a potential rear holding pod benefit from considerable protection from injury, thanks to the Cobra transport helicopter's standard issue armor plating. Functioning at rank value 10, it provides the following defense in battle:
RV 10 / RV 4 / RV 0 / RV 0 / RV 0
Cargo Crane: the Cobra transport helicopter is equipped with a crane that allows it to haul up to ten tons of cargo. This can be anything from a HISS tank to a pod designed with passengers in mind. This amounts to an effective Brawn trait of 40.
Communications Suite: Cobra's transport helicopters are equipped with radio transceivers, allowing the crew to send messages to a central command, and then receive new orders in turn. It functions at rank value 30, and has a maximum range of about five hundred miles.
Flight: its primary purpose, the Cobra transport helicopter can be used to fly! This vehicle can take off and land vertically, can hover over a specific point for long periods of time, and has a maximum flight speed of 126 MPH, giving it rank value 20 flight.
Lamps: the Cobra transport helicopter is equipped with bulbs that can illuminate a sector with rank value 30 ability. This helps the crew to locate friends and foes, as well as providing a surprise blinding attack when suddenly switched on before a foe.
Machine Guns: these chin-mounted additions to Cobra's transport helicopters allow it to serve in a ground support role. They can be fired to inflict rank value 30 Piercing damage in a short burst of lead, raised by +1 RS when firing the things fully automatic.
Passengers: regardless of what it's hauling with its cargo crane, the Cobra transport helicopter has room for numerous crew members. It can seat three individuals up front comfortably, including two more, rear-facing individuals. Cargo pods add room for forty-five more folks in a pinch.
Radar Suite: to assist the crew in detecting other aircraft in its vicinity, the Cobra transport helicopter is equipped with a modernized radar system. It functions at rank value 20, allowing it to spy airborne objects within one hundred miles of its location.
