Destro's Despoiler

When he decided to form his very own army, Destro felt that he needed a vehicle which would serve as a counterpart to Serpentor's Air Chariot. He's the literal face of the Iron Grenadiers, after all, so he needs to be highly visible while active in the field!

To this end, he has designed and manufactured several Despoilers, small open-cockpit aircraft that can take off and land vertically, and can fly with almost reckless speed once aloft. Built with the latest in MARS technology, Destro's Despoiler has these characteristics:

Body Armor (s): the Despoiler is built tough. While it is small and a relatively easy target when using its VTOL capability, the Despoiler's brick-like frame features a material strength of 12, which provides Destro (or any other pilot) intensity 8, or +2, protection.

Communications Suite (i): the better to command the Iron Grenadiers, Destro's Despoiler is equipped with top of the line communications gear. It functions with intensity 7 ability, having a one hundred mile maximum range, and features signal encryption of intensity 10 complexity.

Deluge I Missiles (i): these Destro-O84 projectiles can function as either air-to-air or air-to-surface missiles, targeting enemy aircraft or fortifications! They inflict intensity 10 damage each, but increase this by +1 if both strike their target simultaneously.

Flight (a): once it is aloft, thanks to its VTOL capability, the Despoiler can fire up its jet turbines and make good time. It can fly at any speed up to three hundred miles per hour, giving it an effective flight intensity of 7.

Levitation (a): using twin ducted fans as directional thrust rotors, the Despoiler can ascend from the ground to almost any altitude with an atmosphere to support it - though it usually sticks low to the ground, in the event that it is shot down (intensity 12 levitation).

Rabid Cannons (a): these twinned 20mm cannons are mounted on the front of Destro's Despoiler, hitting whatever the vehicle is facing. They inflict one's Agility +7 in damage when firing a short burst, or their Agility +8 in damage when firing continuously.
