the Battle Wagon

To visualize the GI Joe Battle Wagon, imagine that someone had built a truck - but one that is approximately twice the scale of a regular ride of such size. Then, add armored gun emplacements, a semi-automatic missile launcher, and some cannons, and you're getting there.

The Battle Wagon has these capabilities:

Body Armor: the Battle Wagon is built tough. It has multi-tread, non-puncture steel tires, titanium-encased gun stations on the side, and a thermal-insulated canopy grille. These features, and a thick, reinforced frame, provide the Durability and Protection traits listed above.

Communications Array: the Battle Wagon is equipped with a gigahertz frequency, frequency wobbler clandestine operations radio system. This provides it rank value 10 communications power (with a 25 mile range) that features rank value 30 signal encryption.

Laser Cannons: next to the Battle Wagon's cockpit is a small turret with two laser cannons mounted on top. They are twinned for simultaneous fire, and can blast an opponent to inflict rank value 20 Armor Piercing Energy damage with each deadly flash of synchronized photons.

Machine Guns: the Battle Wagon's front is fitted with twinned, flank-fire machine guns. They can only hit whatever is in front of the vehicle, but inflict rank value 20 Piercing damage when fired in a short burst, or rank value 30 Piercing damage when fired continuously.

Missile Launcher: the rear of the Battle Wagon is occupied by a massive, rotary barreled missile launcher. The projectiles fired by this device inflict the listed damage when fired singly, adding a +1 RS for each doubling of missiles used in a launch (it holds eight):

Passenger Space: the Battle Wagon has room for many Joes. Its cockpit holds two Joes, as do the side machine gun bays. Its missile launcher has seating for another, and up to three Joes can hang on for dear life and ride on the rear bumper in a pinch.

Winch: on the front of the Battle Wagon is a fully functional winch, which it can use to haul other equipment if necessary. It can move items with up to rank value 40 Brawn, which translates into approximately ten tons worth of vehicle or other apparatus.
