the Earthquake

The Earthquake is what you get when Cobra engineers have the bright idea to weaponize a front loader. Oh sure, you can totally use it for the purposes of construction, but all those mortars, missile launchers, and laser cannons are intended for the exact opposite of such.

Featuring a primarily purple body, the Earthquake can light up most foes with its projectile weaponry, and then plow up the rest with its bright yellow shovel - which also serves to absorb a lot of damage from the front of the vehicle. The earthquake functions as follows:

Handling
RV 10
Velocity
RV 10
Durability
RV 30
Protection
RV 20

50mm Machine Gun: mounted over the canopy of the Earthquake's driver compartment, this weapon can be used by its occupants to inflict rank value 20 Piercing damage when firing a short burst of ammunition, or rank value 30 Piercing damage when firing it continuously.

Battle Scoop: the main feature of the Earthquake, this hydraulic digger battle scoop is of m.v. 50, and can be used constructively to heap up loose materials for later transport elsewhere, doing so as though it wielded rank value 30 Brawn.

However, the Earthquake's battle scoop has combat applications, as well. Featuring sharpened forks, it can be used to inflict Slashing damage against personnel or equipment, or used as a shield to provide cover against front-based assaults for the Earthquake's occupants.

Cobra-band Radio: Cobra gear uses a communication system of its own, not beholden to conventional broadcast standards. The Earthquake in particular has a transceiver which operates with rank value 10 range (25 miles), and also benefits from rank value 20 signal encryption.

Light Bar: mounted atop the battle scoop's mechanisms, this bar rests over the Earthquake's cockpit. It features an array of powerful lights which can illuminate a sector with rank value 30 ability, and can be utilized as a blinding attack if attempted with surprise.

Mortars: the rear of the Earthquake is armed with three mortar tubes. The projectiles it launches inflict rank value 40 Slashing (fragmentary) damage each, though this is increased by +1 RS if more than one mortar strikes a single target at the same time.

Rear Passenger Rails: essentially the Earthquake's rear bumper, this rail allows up to four additional Cobras to ride along with the vehicle's two operators. They lack the Earthquake's Protection when doing so, but at least they can avoid having to walk to and from a battle zone.

Rotary-Barreled Laser Cannons: mounted on each of the Earthquake's missile racks is a pivoting, rotary-barreled laser cannon. These weapons fire laser bursts which inflict rank value 20 Armor Piercing Energy damage each, raised by +1 RS if both are trained on a single target.

Surface-to-Surface Missiles: as if its machine gun, laser cannons, and mortars weren't enough, the Earthquake also sports four missiles! Mounted two to a side, on separate racks, these projectiles inflict +1 RS damage if two hit a target simultaneously, +2 RS if all four do:
