Body Armor: featuring a titanium-reinforced, pivoting canopy, the Rat provides its sole occupant considerable protection from injury. While inside the vehicle, its operator benefits from rank value 10 protection against physical assault, -2 RS where energy attacks are concerned.

Chain Guns: the Rat features four linked chain guns, two on each side of the vehicle's cockpit. Though they can only fire straight ahead, they inflict rank value 40 Piercing damage when firing short bursts, or rank value 50 Piercing damage when fired in a continuous fashion.

Cobra-band Radio: Cobra gear uses a communication system of its own, not beholden to conventional broadcast standards. The Rat in particular has a transceiver which operates with rank value 10 range (25 miles), and also benefits from rank value 20 signal encryption.

Flak Rotors: these offensive devices are designed to stymie aircraft working against the Rat. They can be launched at vehicles in the air as a direct, physical assault, inflicting rank value 30 Slashing damage when they collide with their targets.

Levitation / Propulsion: featuring jet-powered turbo engines and aerodynamic vortex chargers, the Rat can glide upon a cushion of air! It can merely hover in place or blast forward with up to rank value 10 ground speeds, achieving up to 54.55 miles per hour over clear terrain!

Slicer Blades: the Rat has two of these weapons, mounted under the front corners of the vehicle. These spinning barbs can easily slice and dice softer targets in front of the Rat, whether plant or animal, and inflict rank value 20 Slashing damage on physical contact.
