the Blockbuster

The Blockbuster is a large, 6WD snow and ice vehicle the GI Joe team first rolled out in 1994. It is armed with a massive dual pom-pom launcher (which is, in fact, most of the vehicle) along with additional cannons and four (count 'em) front-mounted Gatling guns.

Windchill is usually the operator of the Blockbuster, which has these vehicular characteristics:

Anti-aircraft Guns: the Blockbuster carries two twinned cannons, one mounted on each side. Each of them can be fired to 'dissuade' enemy aircraft, inflicting rank value 20 Piercing damage when firing a short burst, or rank value 30 Piercing damage when fired continuously.

Body Armor: the whole of the Blockbuster is reinforced, from its all-terrain monster truck tires to its armored canopy cover. This vehicle is tough, having an overall m.v. of 30, and provides its occupants rank value 20 body armor (those not hanging on outside, at least).

Communications Array: the Blockbuster is equipped with a gigahertz frequency, frequency wobbler clandestine operations radio system. This makes for rank value 10 communications power (with a 25 mile range), that features rank value 30 signal encryption.

Gatling Cannons: the front of the Blockbuster is armed with four linked Gatling cannons, allowing it to chew up almost anything. They all cycle at once to inflict rank value 40 Piercing damage when firing short bursts, or rank value 50 Piercing damage when fired continuously.

Passengers: the rather large Blockbuster fits a whole lot of Joes. It can hold two within its armored canopy, two secondary gunners can sit next to the pom-pom cannons, and two each may hang on outside on each side and on the rear.

Pom-pom Cannons: the rear of the Blockbuster is dominated by two large cannons. This dual-fire weapon can launch two projectiles, which each will strike a foe to inflict the listed damage, but can be fired in tandem to inflict +1 RS damage if both strike a foe simultaneously:
