Origin:
As are the rest of the Oktober Guard, Horror Show is naught but a normal human - strictly speaking, anyway. While he has no special powers, and doesn't use any highly advanced gear, Horror Show is amazingly strong, and has a sort of 'knack' for destroying just about anything.
Known Powers:
(none)
Equipment:
AK-47: a mainstay of Soviet-bloc nations for decades, the tough and dependable AK-47 can discharge one round to inflict Typical (6) Shooting damage, Good (10) Shooting damage when firing a short burst, or Excellent (20) Shooting damage when fired continuously.
Grenades: while he prefers his RPG-7, Horror Show carries several grenades that he can fling in more 'intimate' settings. These explosives inflict Remarkable (30) Edged Attack (fragmentary) damage to all uncovered targets within the area they detonate inside.
Knife: even Horror Show can't detonate or shoot everything. For such occasions he carries a Soviet Army knife. This blade is made from Remarkable (30) m.s. materials, and can be used to cut through items of like m.s,. given enough time, or to inflict Edged Attack damage in melee.
RPG-7 Rocket Propelled Grenade: his 'signature' weapon, Horror Show always carries one of these devices in the field. It allows him to launch grenades (same damage as those listed above), but he can accurately do so with this weapon anywhere within a five area range of his person.
Scimitar: in addition to his more conventional weaponry, Horror Show carries an old-style scimitar with him in while on duty. He can inflict incredible damage with this weapon, that being his Strength rank +1 CS (Remarkable (30)!) Edged Attack damage.
Quirks:
Natural Talent / Demolitions: while he has no formal training in the proper demolition of buildings, and he's definitely no engineer, Horror Show has an uncanny knack for the destruction of things. He should receive a +1 CS on any efforts to wreck something with explosives.
Talents:
Guns: naturally, Horror Show knows his way around most firearms, even if he prefers to wield (much) heavier ordnance. When firing a standard, semi-automatic, or fully automatic rifle or pistol, Horror Show may do so as though his Agility score was +1 CS in rank.
Languages / English, Georgian and Russian: though a native of Georgia, Horror Show has mastered Russian and English in addition to his mother tongue. He may fluently read, write, and speak in any of these languages - a skill that has served him well as an Oktober Guardsman.
Marksman: due to his rather prodigious strength, Horror Show was trained as a heavy weapons expert by the Soviet military. He can readily use most line-of-sight weaponry without a range penalty, and may do so at his Agility score +1 CS.
Martial Arts type B: though he's great with guns and explosives, Horror Show can easily defend himself without weapons - he can fight anywhere, any time. Whether punching, kicking, or even biting an opponent, he is allowed to do so at his Fighting rank +1 CS.
Military / USSR: the source of most of his marketable skills, Horror Show can thank the Soviet Army for his incredible aptitudes. He can easily fight in almost any combat unit, and knows the ins and outs of the military command structure quite well.
Performer: finally, Horror Show is something of a competent actor. Having grown up in a family dedicated to acting, Horror Show picked up the trade as a general matter of course (even if he hated it). He should gain ten Karma points per week of performance work he suffers through.
Contacts:
Horror Show is one of the original members of the Oktober Guard, and the man can readily rely upon his fellows for aid in almost any situation, for the six-man team is very tightly-knit. Horror Show also has additional contacts in the Soviet army (conventional forces).
Costume:
While in the field, Horror Show wears a consistent uniform. It includes a large, padded green wool coat worn over a white T-shirt, tan trousers, black leather boots, green knee pads, a brown leather pouch-laden belt, and a brown leather cap with a red star on its front.
Personality:
Horror Show is a thick-headed brute. He's honorable after a fashion, but he's not too bright - and he knows it. Of course, that almost makes him smart, for it allows him to focus on what he's good at: knocking down anything foolish enough to stand in his way!

Story:
Horror Show, originally known by his given name of Stephan Drukersky, was born in Tbilisi, Georgia, back when it was a part of the USSR. He grew up in a family of famous theater performers, but during the whole of his formative years Horror Show wasn't interested in the family business.
Perhaps it has something to do with the fact that he's about as dumb as a box of rocks, but Horror Show preferred to live in the real world - not a land of lies! As such, he enlisted in the Army as soon as he could, and the man's strengths quickly became apparent.
And not just his considerable physical strengths, either. No, while Horror Show was never big on imagination, he was definitely fond of blowing things up. And with his size, Horror Show's commanders likes to have him haul all the heavy equipment around while in the field.
Though he wasn't the brightest soldier out there, Horror Show demonstrated the precise characteristics that a certain someone was looking for. This is why Horror Show was offered a position on the Soviet's elite anti-terrorist team - the Oktober Guard!
Led by the indefatigable Colonel Brekhov, the Guard was assembled to be a very tightly-knit group, each member having a skill the team couldn't do without. It had its fair share of tacticians, pilots, snipers, and of course the perfect leader, but it also needed just a touch of brute force.
And Horror Show had that part covered perfectly. Once on the team, he became infamous throughout the world's intelligence circles as that 'dumb Russian bear' the Guard kept on hand to blow up just about anything (or anyone) that was stupid enough to oppose the Guard in the field.
And that he did! For years, Horror Show served on the Oktober Guard with pride, more than pulling his ample weight as he made a lot of the Colonel's headaches disappear - into tiny little pieces. In fact, he was a good friend of the Colonel's right up to the bitter end.
You see, the Oktober Guard was almost entirely wiped out on an ill-fated mission to Sierra Gordo, when they attempted to protect El Jefe, a man they thought was a revolutionary... but was in fact the bought and paid for stooge of the various corporations vying for control of his land.
Sadly, Horror Show was killed alongside his good friend, Colonel Brekhov, at the very end of this mission. But, at the very least, he didn't live to realize that he had been duped, along with most of the rest of the Guard, into dying for no good reason.
