Origin:
Fritz Krotze, though a sleaze ball and generally reprehensible human being, is an otherwise normal human, lacking super-powers of any stripe. He sometimes uses some of Krotze International's highly advanced military gear, however.
Known Powers:
(none)
Limitations / Enhancements:
(none)
Equipment:
Stuff: the owner of Krotze International, Fritz has the company's advanced technology at his disposal. This technology includes (at the very least) the Mark 1 MAX armor, the Behemoth battle tank, and of course, the Strategic Defense Laser System.
How many people can claim that?!?
Quirks:
Greed 2: there's no two ways about it, Fritz Krotze is greedy. In fact, he was so greedy, he sold out his own government for a quick buck. While the Club's interest in his tech cost him his life, Fritz definitely made out like a bandit because of his dirty deals.
Talents:
Business / Finance: more than anything else, Fritz is a business whiz. After all, he founded and maintained Krotze International as a technological world power. Consider his Reason in financial matters to be +1 CS higher than is listed above.
Engineering: in addition to being a business guru, Fritz is a competent engineer, knowing his way around the technology that rakes the big bucks in for him. He adds a +1 CS to all Reason FEAT rolls required when building anything, mechanical or otherwise.
Contacts:
Fritz Krotze could easily rely upon the many employees of Krotze International, employees that got paid out of his pocket on a weekly basis. Also, when he was in their good graces, Fritz could likely ask the Club for help (though this would cost him dearly).
Costume:
None, really. Even if he acted like one, when you get down to it, Fritz didn't really hold any truck with that super villain business. Thus, he only wore a suit when he was busy doing his dirty deeds - the uniform of the modern criminal.
Personality:
A filthy, avaricious, greedy man, Fritz Krotze would do anything for the bottom line.
He sold his technologies to the Department of Defense via his many government contracts, but this wasn't enough. As such, he committed various acts of treason by selling out his nation for more money than the government would pay. Nothing but cash is sacred to the man.

Story:
Growing up a wealthy man, Fritz Krotze could never get enough money under his belt. He went to college to gain the appropriate skills, and then built a weapons manufacturing plant from scratch, knowing the big bucks were in Department of Defense contracts. With time and hard work, Fritz produced a monster in the industry: Krotze International!
Of course, Krotze managed to gain several major contracts for military ordnance with the United States and various allied governments, as the man is tenacious in his money grubbing schemes. However, this wasn't enough, and the man eventually decided that he could make even more by selling his stuff to every world power, not just the Americans.
As such, he hooked up with the Club, a surly group of international terrorists and arms dealers, who could get to the clients he couldn't. He had several years of successful deals with the Club, who'd begun to rely upon his increasingly advanced hardware. However, things took a turn for the worst when one of his head technicians discovered his treasonous dealings.
And of course, the man was in charge of Krotze International's most important project: the MAX suits. Doctor Karl Swensen had produced one prototype, but hid the second after he found out what Krotze was up to. Krotze had Swensen killed, and then began tearing the man's house up in his search for the second MAX suit. Unfortunately, Swensen's daughter got to it first.
Jenny Swensen, MIT engineering instructor and all-around hot-tempered lady, suspected foul play on the part of Krotze, and took the armor before he could get to it. With the Club breathing down his neck, Krotze hatched several poor schemes to recover the suit, using the other technologies at his disposal, such as the Mark 1 MAX armor, the Behemoth tank, and even his SDI lasers.
All of these plans were botched by Krotze and his cronies, and Jenny finally managed to gain proof of Krotze's dirty dealings, which she took to a Congressional hearing about Krotze International; it would seem that other folks besides Swensen suspected Krotze of foul play. Krotze himself never got to see the light of trial, however, as the Club had grown tired of his bumbling.
They'd sent another Club operative to collect Krotze, the assassin known as Steel Hawk. After Jenny threatened him on television, however, Steel Hawk's mission was changed, and he beat Krotze to death with a steel baseball bat to frame Swensen for the death (she'd gone public with the MAX suit as well). This plan ultimately failed, but Krotze never found that out.
