Origin:
As are his fellow Dreadnoks, save for Zartan and his family, Thrasher is a... vaguely normal human. He has no powers to speak of, and is sort of human-shaped, but is somewhat infamous for his knack of turning virtually anything into an engine of destruction, given enough time.
Known Powers:
(none)
Limitations / Enhancements:
(none)
Equipment:
Lacrosse Stick: this device is a makeshift mace of Thrasher's devising. It has a spiky metal ball wedged into the center of its mass, making it slightly more deadly than an ordinary lacrosse stick, and allows Thrasher to inflict +1 CS Blunt Attack damage in melee.
the Thunder Machine: his veritable love object, this destructive device is a vehicle cobbled together from the remains of several of Thrasher's other former projects. This rocket-propelled car/truck/thing is described in its own vehicular entry.
Quirks:
(none)
Talents:
Repair / Tinkering 2: a true mechanical whiz, Thrasher excels at the fine art of transforming almost any vehicle into a veritable combat machine, either by modifying extant vehicles or building composite vehicles from several vehicular donors.
Skill / Maces: though he prefers to brandish vehicles at others, preferably those he built himself, Thrasher also carries around a handy, jury-rigged implement of pain. He can use this, or other like weapons, as though his Fighting score was +1 CS higher than is listed above.
Contacts:
As one of the Dreadnoks, Thrasher can naturally ask his fellow thugs and reprobates for assistance should he need it, whether it be one of the original bikers that made up this group, or the plethora of faceless followers that have joined these criminal goons over the years.
Costume:
Thrasher's singular ensemble includes black leather trousers under gray denim cut-off jean shorts, gray knee pads, gray spiky boots, a black, spiky leather belt, partial, spiked football shoulder pads over a tattered green shirt, and black and gray leather gloves.
Personality:
Thrasher only enjoys the destruction of other people's property, and the construction of new engines of destruction. Most everything else seems to escape his notice, existing only as background clutter amidst the constant imagining of new ways to express his twin joys in life.

Story:
The disaster-in-waiting that became Thrasher grew up in a middle-class neighborhood, raised by middle-class parents who felt that discipline of any sort would 'stifle energies he might need later in life'. He wanted for nothing, though everything his parents gave him caused trouble.
After his parents were crippled in an accident that may or may not have had anything to do with his repair work on their brakes, this wild child disappeared into the swamps, where he could truly do anything he wished... which mostly involved his strangling anything he encountered.
Of course, other nefarious sorts with his mindset liked to occupy swamps as well, and this was how Thrasher met the Dreadnoks, who (after seeing that he'd be a perfect match for their group) welcomed him in with open arms. Soon after, they put this mechanical genius to work.
However, Zartan eventually tired of his antics, and left him to his own devices for a good long while. Thrasher ultimately ran out of things to kill within a reasonable walking distance, and thus went looking for his pals - only to trip over Zandar and Zarana, instead.
Plotting to rescue Zartan, who had been captured by the GI Joe team, these two put Thrasher to work, and he quickly created several combat vehicles for the group's use. The Dreadnoks, along with a recently resurrected Storm Shadow, then infiltrated the Pit to save their brother.
After these thugs managed to actually liberate their leader, they traveled to Cobra Island just in time to witness Serpentor's ascendance to power within Cobra, and wound up doing all kinds of dirty work for this genetic amalgamation of the earth's greatest military minds.
Not that they're picky. The Dreadnoks continued to serve Cobra even after Cobra Commander (or someone claiming to be him, at any rate) got Serpentor out of the way. They even hung around after Doctor Mindbender and this new Commander arranged an 'accident' for Zartan!
Zartan took off shortly after this, leaving his siblings to corral the Dreadnoks. This arrangement worked out well, and the Dreadnoks split into two groups for a time, one led by Zandar and the other led by Zarana; the former group was the one that Thrasher was a part of.
(Historical Divergence)
The Dreadnoks eventually left Cobra to go it alone once Zartan returned to the fold. Thrasher was still a Dreadnok, which allowed him to witness Zartan's transformation of the band into a nation-wide crime syndicate the likes of which had never been seen before.
Soon after, Zartan succumbed to a severe light sensitivity brought on by his freakish, chameleon-like abilities. His daughter, Zanya, then took over the outfit, and actually ran things even more efficiently. Thrasher didn't care who was in charge, though, as he's not ambitious.
As long as he gets to build more things to destroy other things, he's happy. That's why he didn't complain when Zartan agreed to help the original Cobra Commander rebuild his organization; this just meant that he'd have all kinds of new toys - US Army toys - to wreck!
Though the Commander's plot ultimately went awry, the Dreadnoks still worked for Cobra on a contract basis, performing various tasks for the group as was needed. This work continued for Thrasher and company until Cobra's ultimate fall, at the end of World War III.
Free once and for all of Cobra's influence, the Dreadnoks were free to continue their crime wave across America - which was almost enough to bring a tear to Thrasher's eye. Almost.
2004 Variations
Equipment:
Knife: sometimes, strangling something simply isn't enough, and Thrasher carries a blade for instances such as this. His Excellent (20) m.s. blade can be used to cut through items of up to like m.s. with enough time, or to inflict Edged Attack damage in melee.
Pistol: should he find himself without a Thunder Machine or any of his other destructive creations, Thrasher often carries a sidearm somewhere on his person. He can fire a single shot with this weapon to inflict Typical (6) Shooting damage, raised +1 CS in a semi-automatic burst.
Rifle: Thrasher's rifle can discharge a single shot to inflict Typical (6) Shooting damage, a short burst of ammunition to inflict Good (10) Shooting damage, or a fully automatic hail of lead to inflict Excellent (20) Shooting damage.
It is equipped with an underslung shotgun attachment, which can fire birdshot to inflict Typical (6) Shooting damage in a sixty degree arc, buckshot to inflict Good (10) Shooting damage to adjacent targets, or slugs to inflict Excellent (20) Shooting damage to one foe.
Costume:
Thrasher's second costume includes burgundy camouflage trousers under gray denim cut-off jean shorts, black knee pads, black and bronze spiky boots, a black, spiky leather belt, partial, spiked football shoulder pads over a tattered burgundy vest, and black and gray leather gloves.
2011 Variations

Costume:
Thrasher's third outfit includes black leather trousers, gray knee pads, gray boots, a black leather belt, partial, spiked football shoulder pads over a tattered green shirt, brown arm bands, and black and gray leather, fingerless gloves.
