Tomax: a cutthroat financier, accomplished acrobat, and amoral mercenary, Tomax is only matched in his avarice by his brother, Xamot. Together, the twins bankroll much of Cobra's operations, and are the dual masters of its Crimson Guard! Availability:

Torch: violent and dim-witted, Torch has been an unrepentant discipline problem since birth. Too much for conventional motorcycle gangs to handle, Torch eventually wound up in Zartan's orbit, ultimately becoming one of that villain's Dreadnoks! Availability:

Cobra Commander 2: after he thought he had murdered the original Cobra Commander, Crimson Guardsman Fred 7 stole his identity, and claimed Cobra for himself! Naturally, the rest of Cobra's command structure fought him on this every step of the way. Availability:

Equipment:

the Air Assault Glider: designed to work in one of two distinct modes, the Air Assault Glider can function as either a normal GI Joe glider or be converted into a fully functional Cobra jet pack configuration - which is why Cobra stole the thing and used it to advance their own! the Air Assault Glider comes in Classic and Saga styles!

 

the High Speed Sentry, Mark 1b: a hybrid of the Mark 1 and the Mark 2 HISS, the Mark 1b looks similar to the original at a first glance, but is wide enough to fit several operatives in the back, and sports numerous missile launchers instead of 30mm cannons! Availability:

the Stealth Moray: arguably Cobra's greatest water-borne craft, the Stealth Moray is a high speed hydrofoil that lends itself to pursuit and attack missions. It is fast even before deploying its hydrofoils, and is armed with numerous guns and missiles. Availability:
